1. General Policy
Bharat Rojgar Sewa (BRS) operates as an online job-matching platform that connects job seekers and employers by sharing contact details. As our services are digital in nature, no physical goods are sold or shipped.
Once a service is activated or contact details are shared, the process is considered complete and non-refundable.
2. No Return or Replacement
Since our offerings involve online data sharing and digital access, there are no returns, replacements, or exchanges applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided only in exceptional cases, such as:
A technical issue causing duplicate payment.
Payment charged but service not delivered due to a verified system error.
All such claims must be raised within 3 days of payment by writing to contact@vidyavins.com along with proof of payment and transaction details.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:
The user is dissatisfied with the type or quality of responses received.
The employer or job seeker does not respond after contact details are shared.
Communication or hiring does not materialize after matching.
The user enters incorrect details during registration or payment.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
